All Bodies was founded by two UCSD college besties, Yen and Stella, who were on a journey to find clothes that catered to their unique body types.  

They shared challenges when shopping for clothes — a pair of pants would fit their thighs but gap at the waist, or a blazer would fit their bust but not their arms. Very rarely were they able to find clothes that looked good and felt good on their bodies. At times, they even questioned whether they needed to change their bodies to fit into standard sizes and designs. 

Growing up watching her mom run a bespoke tailor shop, Yen was exposed to many others who struggled to find the right fit at traditional retailers. These customers typically requested a garment to be made in certain fabrics because that combination fits better on their unique body. For example, linen is very suitable to craft pants as it is lightweight, does not cling, and looks crisp. On the other hand, silk is the go-to fabric for dresses as it drapes nicely over any body type.

We do not use polyester or blended fabrics and instead focus on more sustainable fibers that tend to suit any body type. We do not buy into fast fashion and trends. We pride ourselves in being a slow fashion brand that appreciates quality and universal style. Our products will make you look and feel fabulous whenever you wear them.
