Shipping Policy

All Bodies Fashion LLC ("We", "Us", "Our") ships all of our domestic orders via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are processed within 5 business days (but typically in 2!), with the exception of custom orders. Custom orders will require 3-4 weeks of processing time. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-3 days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any stolen, lost, damaged packages. Please contact the carrier if such is the case. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

All Bodies Fashion LLC is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of parcel receipt date, and will be determined on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in original packaging with original tags. Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Custom items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you we've received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be available to your credit card or original payment method within 14 business days. If your return has been approved but you have not received a refund within 14 business days, please contact your financial institution so they can assist you. 

If you need to exchange an item, please send us a query here, and customer service will respond to you with instructions on how to process an exchange. 

We are proud to provide our customers free return labels; we want our customers to be happy while preserving our company's integrity.
